About Us
Let’s Go Occupational Therapy is a mobile peadiatric occupational therapy service that travels to your child’s school, preschool or home. We are based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Our focus is working with children aged 2-14 years old.
Let’s Go Occupational Therapy was founded by Jessica, an experienced paediatric occupational therapist who has focussed her career on supporting children and families reach their goals.
Jessica aims to promote independence and enhance the quality of life for children and their families. Through a range of techniques, she helps children achieve their developmental milestones and participate fully in home, school and community settings.
Jessica knows that children learn through play, and uses this and your child’s interests as the basis of her therapy sessions. Jessica takes an individualised and strengths-based approach to therapy, recognising that every child progresses at their own pace and in their own way.
Jessica believes that collaboration with parents and caregivers are fundamental to the success of the therapeutic process. An important part of her therapy is providing parents and caregivers with the knowledge and support they need to continue fostering their child’s development outside of therapy sessions.
Jessica is committed to ongoing learning and professional development, to ensure that she is up to date with the latest evidence-based techniques. Her training includes but is not limited to:
