This refers to the way in which we are able to change our emotional responses to match the ongoing demands of our environments.

Dressing, feeding, toileting, hygiene practices and managing daily routines are all important ways in which we care for our bodies.

Comprehensive Assessments
Let’s Go Occupational Therapy starts with a comprehensive occupational therapy assessment with you and your child to help gain a clear understanding of your child’s overall strengths and challenges. This allows us to set goals and create a clear pathway for ongoing intervention. Our process is below:

Individualised Occupational Therapy
Let’s Go Occupational Therapy offers weekly one-on-one occupational therapy intervention that focuses on reaching your child’s individual goals. We are a mobile service that can come to your child’s school, preschool or home.

School and Preschool Screeners
If you are a school or preschool looking for occupational therapy support, Let’s Go Occupational Therapy can complete whole class screeners to help identify which of your students would benefit from ongoing occupational therapy intervention.

Parent support
Let’s Go Occupational Therapy understands that your children’s health and well-being are your number one priority. We offer you support through parent consultations and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Teacher and Educator Support
Let’s Go Occupational Therapy can travel to your school or centre to provide informative and practical strategies that you need to support your students.

NDIS Support
Let’s Go Occupational Therapy can see Self-managed and Plan-managed NDIS participants. We can also support you through the NDIS application process.

These are run either as either weekly groups during the school term, or in the school holidays.
